 Carla Forbes is a passionate educational leadership coach with over 20 years of experience transforming classrooms and empowering educators. Specializing in bridging the learning gap for students with disabilities, Carla is dedicated to equipping classroom teachers and special education professionals with the tools, strategies, and confidence to help every child thrive.

Currently serving as the Regional Exceptional Children Director for multiple charter schools, Carla collaborates with school administrators and teachers to enhance the growth and success of students with disabilities. Her work is fueled by a deep belief in every child's potential, encouraging educators to shift their focus from what a student can't do to what they can achieve.

Beyond her leadership roles, Carla is an independent coach and consultant, offering tailored support to general education teachers, special education professionals, and school leaders. Her expertise includes strategic coaching, professional development, and advocacy support for parents navigating the special education process.

Carla's educational foundation includes a BS in Information Systems from Oswego State University, a Master in Education from Bank Street College of Education, and a Master in Organization Development from Queens University of Charlotte. She is a certified Executive Coach and an Educational and Leadership Coach, credentials that underscore her commitment to excellence and innovation in education.
